VI makes a note of all the calls made to any number. The call history gets updated every 15 minutes of the VI number. Again, using the features like duration of the call, caller ID, etc., the prepaid users can easily get all the details about the calls made from the numbers. Apart from this, VI also makes sure that the administrator enables or disables the call history. If the call history is disabled, VI fails to note any detail about the last call. However, the call made before disabling the call history is saved and can also be viewed once the call history feature is activated.

The first method is through the Vodafone Application or Vodafone App. For checking the last 5 calls of the VI number, the subscribers have to first download the Vodafone App on their Android or Smartphones. Once you have downloaded and logged in with the prepaid VI number, go to the Usage section. In the Usage section, select the option Deduction. After giving a click on this option, you shall receive the call history with ease. For obtaining the itemized ebill, the prepaid users need to make a call to customer care number 199 and ask the customer care executive to help them with the itemized ebill. The customers can also ask for the detailed ebill of the prepaid number by sending an SMS to the customer care number 199. For this, they have to type “Ebill” and send it to 199.
The prepaid users might have to pay around Rs.50 per bill for obtaining the itemized ebill. The ebill would be received by the customers at their registered address within 15 days of making the request. The customers can also visit the nearby Vodafone Care store and ask for the ebill to obtain the call history.

The subscribers can also obtain the last 5 call details in Vodafone Idea or VI through the official portal. Here are the steps they need to follow for having the details.
- Visit the official website of VI.
- Give a click on Register now tab.
- Enter the 10-digit VI mobile number.
- Once you enter the VI number, you shall receive an OTP on the number.
- Enter the OTP and generate a password.
- Now, using the login number and the new password, log in to the website.
- Go to the tab My Account.
- Search for Plan and Usages.
- Give a click on the option Voice Usage.
Once you give a click on the tab, not only the last 5 calls, but all the call history would appear on the screen. The details wouldn’t only help you with the numbers but with other important details of the number and the call made too.
Apart from all these, the customers can also obtain Vodafone last 5 call detail through USSD codes and email.
For using the USSD code, the customers need to dial the code *111# from the registered VI mobile number. On dialling the code, a flash message would appear. Then enter 3. Again, a list would appear on the screen after the selection. Next, you have to enter the number 1. Once you enter the number 1, the last 5 call details would appear on the screen of the mobile phone along with other important details of the number.
To obtain the last 5 calls’ detail through email, an email is to be sent to [email protected]. The customers need to mention CDR in the subject line and mention details like Vodafone number, address, etc. in the message section. You shall in return receive an email with the details.
