The CJE &M formed the Fromis_9, a South Korean girl group in the year 2017. The band was created through a reality show, Idol School. It was in 2018 on 24th January when the group made its debut and it did under Stone Music Entertainment where it released its first-ever extended play, To Heart. However, in September of that year, it was announced that Off the Record Entertainment would manage the group.Fromis_9 was co-managed by Off the Record as well as Stone Music. Initially, there were 9 members in the band but later, one of the members name Jang Gyu-Ri bid farewell to the group on 31st July of the year 2022.
